This has been probably the most interesting course so far. It covers a lot of ground from psychology to organisations to ISO standards to managing risk and much more. Basically how software is managed from every angle. Lots of reading of research papers (thankfully a lot I was already familiar with like Brooks’s “The mythical man-month”) to support arguments. The assignments frequently involve dissecting a research paper which is very enjoyable if difficult to stay under the word limits. Being a practitioner I tend to see the details in the scenarios and factor them in whereas the questions are requesting essentials. Well the details are essential to me thank you! Again failed to really show what I knew in the exam and could have done better, but the end overall result is pleasing.
